We, the Yoffe family, cultivate and tend our olive trees with great devotion, paying special attention to the growing conditions and the harvest. Pressing is performed at a low temperature to preserve the quality of the oil. After pressing the oil, it is stored in stainless steel drums prior to bottling. This increases the purity of the oil and enhances its rich color.
