Yoffe Farm Olive Oil is produced from the fertile groves of the Gideon Village, nestled between the Tavor and Gilboa mountains in Israel's Jezreel Valley. A unique cold-pressed process gives the oil its extra virgin qualities. In addition, the oil is then stored in stainless steel drums to increase its purity prior to bottling.
